Q15: How to create Treasury File by the Head office?

1. Click on Treasury File button on Main Menu.

2. Then click on Create button.

3. Then OK to the message “Successfully Created Treasury File” You can find the file C:\TREASURY _FILE/138_Jun_07_07_2014.csv”.

4. Click on Load button in encrypt decrypt window --> click on Encrypt button.

5. Then click OK to the message “Encryption complete”.

6. You can find the created Treasury File in C drive --> TREASURY_FILE Folder. The file name has to be headno_accounting month_create date.csv.encrypt.
