INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Pre-qualification documents can be collected by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.15,000.00 from the office of Senior Assistant Secretary (Medical Services), Room No.264, Ministry of Health, 'Suwasiripaya', No.385, Rev. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10 from 22nd August 2014 to 03rd October 2014 from 8.30 a.m to 4.15 p.m. on working days.
Duly completed and signed Pre-qualification documents will be received by Senior Assistant Secretary (Procurement), Room No. 150, Ministry of Health, 'Suwasiripaya', No 385, Rev. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10 up to 2:00 p.m of 06th October 2014.
